Looking at ancient sculpture can be such a deeply inspiring exercise. The carved and undulating hair of Roman sculpture was the inspiration behind this carpet. Our goal was to create a rug with movement, an object that flowed in a space softened the floor without the use of a floral motif. Roman is crafted in a mixed texture weave and can be woven in single or multiple colors.
